Highly recommend! Great house for our family visit to the area. Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood. Very clean with all the amenities. Spacious and cozy at the same time. Host communication was excellent. Thank you!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and made a great home base to explore Lobster Fest at Winter Harbor, Acadia National Park, and all the wonderful little towns in between.
We love this house as it shows a lot of love and family stories from the decorations and photos. It has many rooms and living room space is huge. Kitchen is also big and well equipped. Very convenient location too. Communication is smooth.
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed taking day trips to Mount Desert Island and Campobello Island. We also enjoyed exploring the Schoodic Peninsula which is gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasure hosting this family. They stayed 7 nights with us and the house was left in wonderful shape. What little interaction we had on line was polite and friendly. I hope they stay with us again.
Wish we could have stayed longer, our quick tour of Acadia was too short. We had a long drive & this was the half way stop through our trip.
Very nice home. Missed air in downstairs bedroom, though
The house layout was great and worked very well for us. The house was clean and had great accommodations. What really stood out for me was the the communication with the owner. Annie was great and it was a pleasure booking through her. I would definitely repeat if I am in the area.
Thank you!!
A group of women looking to see Acadia National Park, do some hiking and enjoy the fresh air of Maine. Even though Acadia was an hour drive, there is plenty to do in the Gouldsboro area. the house was just as described with plenty of room to spread out. Large kitchen table to sit and enjoy meals or play games. The only thing i would add is some shade in back yard.

Thank you for staying with us. I love feed back. Great idea for the back porch. The house was left almost as they found it. They started a load of towels for me and let me know when they left. It was a pleasure to host you ladies
We stayed for a week in July. The house was lovely and clean with plenty of room for teenage boys. We had plenty of spots to explore and relax. Annie was so quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home. We got confused when trying to find the beach and trail heads so if there are any exact addresses for them maybe have them in the awesome book that came in so handy. Thank you for having us!

Thank you for staying with us. It was a pleasure to host you. Looked like you hardly used the house except to sleep.
So glad your vacation went well.
The house was perfect for us. Big enough for our family of 8 to spread out but also all be in the same living room or dining room comfortably. We spent most of our time in Acadia National Park while visiting but we also found some fun places to explore closer to the house as well. We celebrated our daughters 18th birthday in the house on our last night and cooked a seafood feast in the well equipped kitchen. We are from Buffalo, NY and our last time to Maine was during her 8th birthday so it was alot of fun recreating some of the pics from when the kids were alot smaller. But the house is very clean, it had everything we needed already inside, the owners communicated before hand to make sure we were all set and let us know they were available if needed and the area was beautiful. Next time we come up we would love to stay here again.

It was a pleasure having this family. They communicated well with us. It was my first rental as a host and owner. Great experience. Thank you for booking with us. We are so pleased you enjoyed. Your stay.
This is the best rental home in which we have stayed. It is large and comfortable. It feels more like you are staying at a friend's house than a rental. The main floor is spacious. There is a large family room with 6 automatic leather recliners and a huge TV. There is another room with a large comfortable chair, couch and TV, as well as a desk. The kitchen has anything that you may need, fully stocked with dishes, pans, spices and other pantry items. Additionally, the appliances are high quality. The dining room table is large with 8 chairs. Also on the first floor is a full bathroom, with an amazing, large washer and dryer. Additionally, there is a master bedroom with a huge king sized bed and TV. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen or full sized beds and 1 with a twin. There are TVs in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. Additionally, there is a full bathroom. The home has a large, flat yard, with a little pond that had a number of bull frogs that were entertaining to find. There is also a nice porch and deck with grill, and a fire circle in the back. The location is great. It is close to Schoodic Point and Winter Harbor, and is roughly an hour from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Our host was very helpful and communicated very efficiently. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Maine.
