We purchased this property because it is located in central downtown Boone, right on King Street. We believe that the Appalachian house is the perfect place to call home while you're visiting the high country!

This quaint cottage rests just yards from the Appalachian State University. Walk to the bookstore, tour campus, or check out a football game at Kidd Brewer Stadium.

Several amazing restaurants and bars are within minutes of this property, including Wild Craft Eatery, Our Daily Bread, Proper and Lost Province Brewing Co. After treating yourself to a craft beer and tasty lunch, visit nearby shops or see a show at one of the local theaters.

Drive about 5 miles to Appalachian Ski Mountain or discover other outdoor adventures at High Gravity Adventures Zip Line & Aerial Park, Tweetsie Railroad, Foggy Mountain Gem Mine, or the Greenway Trail System.
