Perfect location. The cottage was a bit damp (maybe because it rained every day while we were there for a couple of hours) so the towels would not dry. Other than that, it was great.

We have never had a problem with the house being damp and imagine that it might have something to do with the rainy weather during your stay. It is hard to beat the location and we hope you enjoyed your great visit in downtown Boone NC. Take care and thank you, Denise
If I had to say something negative it would parking if you have a large vehicle and the other place close by is rented with their car is there also. Luckily they provide an additional parking space down the hill next door which was great. Thank you for a great stay!

We are so happy you had a nice stay and guests can take advantage of the complimentary on-site parking which is often hard to find in downtown Boone. As you shared, we also provide the extra spot next door for larger vehicles. We look forward to future visits. It is hard to beat the location. Come back soon :) Thank you! Denise
Excellent location. Parking was a little tight, but definitely worth not having to find parking on King street or campus. This place is a great find.

Thank you ! We do believe it's a convenience to offer parking so guests can leave their cars and stroll King St. I'm glad you found our rental and do hope you choose to return. Denise
The location is terrific if you want to spend time in Boone and not pay for parking downtown. It's a nice walk and in the evening is well lit. We spent very little time in the rental, but it was clean, comfortable and although we didn't do any cooking it seemed to have everything you'd need. The grocery store almost next door was convenient for picking up coffee pods and a few things we needed.

I have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past year. It's located in downtown and a perfect location for touristy people like me. The pictures are accurate. The bedding is nice and comfy as is the bed. You won't go wrong here.
