Distance To Beach Access: Only about 2/10 mile to TUNA Beach access.

Upper Level is the main living area featuring a TV, Stereo and Electric Fireplace (off season use) and a wall of windows for awesome sunrise views, kitchen with all you will need for vacation eating, Dining area. Also find access to the sleeping loft.
MidLevel you will find 3 bedrooms each with TVs
Ground Level features the new bedroom, bathroom, laundry area and access to the pool area.

Additional Rental Information
Weekly vacation leases available to family groups over the age of 24.
Turnover Day: Saturday
Pet Policy: Dog friendly! Dogs (limit 2) are permitted with an additional fee of $150 (plus tax).
NO Smoking or Vaping
Pool: Availability Mid-April to Mid-October... Pool Heat: Available at an additional charge ($200-$300, depending on month). Pool Heat option allows the pool to be heated by a heat pump device. Please know that actual water temperature will be dependent on the ambient air temperature and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Electric Fireplace available October 15-March 30th.
