Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by your comments, as no concerns were communicated during your stay despite several opportunities to let us know if anything needed attention. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can resolve any issues while they are still at the property. Since your stay, we have re-inspected the home. The laundry doors are functioning properly, and the living room furniture was recently replaced with brand-new furnishings as part of an upgrade to the home. Our listing also notes that furnishings may vary as we continue making improvements. The property is professionally treated for pests on a regular schedule, with service completed shortly before your stay. While an occasional insect can occur in the Southeast, we take every report seriously and will continue our preventative maintenance. We appreciate your feedback regarding the carpet and will continue addressing cosmetic items as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable home. We are pleased that you recognized one of the home’s greatest advantages, its convenient location within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making it an ideal choice for guests attending games, concerts, and events in downtown Atlanta. We take great pride in our property and in the many positive experiences our guests have shared over the years. Our goal is always to provide every guest with an excellent stay, and we remain committed to continually improving the experience we offer.
