Located right on Olcott Beach with lake level access to the beach and water. Right next to the Olcott Harbor and Pier, and the Olcott Yacht Club. The town marina is right up around the corner. The cottages are all fully furnished and clean. Walking distance to the local restaurants and shops.

In August, we stayed for 5 nights. When I arrived to check-in, the caretaker, Debbie was outside. She was very easy to talk to and gave me the check in information. Upon entering, all that could be smelled was clean, clean and more clean. We had more than enough room and it was fantastic. The view is absolutely beautiful; the residents of the area are very nice and helpful. Very small town, but not too far from many things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying with Beachfront. If you're looking for a homey, family friendly and a relaxing place to go without the hubbub and noise, this place is it. Seriously thinking of going back.

Fun Getaway

Came to fish, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best for that but we still enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed seeing other small towns and Olcott itself. WE will be back.

Bad Experience

Place was dirty and the deal breaker it had bed bugs i left 2 days early and booked a beautiful cottage nearby

We're not sure how we are supposed to respond to these comments. Our cottages "do not" have bed bugs. We thoroughly wash all linens immediately after each stay. New guests have newly cleaned linens and towels. We have a cleaning crew that cleans the cottages thoroughly after each guest stay.

Run down, in serious need of an overhaul, great spot though

The cottage was in very shabby condition , with plywood floors and was overpriced for the area ( we booked late and other cottages were not available) it was not at all worth the cost. Good points were the owners, who live next door and were friendly and accommodating, the waterfront view was also fantastic.
