Fully equipped kitchen, TV with digital antenna and DVD player, stereo with CD, internet, air conditioner for those hot days, propane fireplace for those chilly evenings. Lounge by the lake, or enjoy a bonfire, while taking in some spectacular sunsets over the lake.
Plenty of activities nearby for those who want to get out and see the sights. Golf at the Par 3 White Birch. Fishing charters out of Point Breeze, antiquing and weekend garage sales throughout the region. Or visit some of the best local wineries scattered around the area. Plenty of shopping in both Niagara or Rochester as well as local Amish shops.

Propane fireplace for added ambiance and warmth. Propane BBQ, stove and Hot Water tank.
