My youngest was graduating from Endicott and we needed a place for my 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren to stay as we do not live in MA.Perfect house for a quiet family dinner. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Many thanks to our hosts for helping to make it a memorable graduation weekend!
The pictures do not do it justice. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated. As a family of 4, it had everything we need for the weekend. The location was great too. My kids said they want to stay longer next time. Thank you Bill and Lisa.
Loved this property! Home was beautiful and inviting and in a great location. We rented a car so quick trips to Salem were easy and the Marblehead area beautiful. Owner's had super fast response for a question we had and even left a gift for our arrival.
This is a beautiful home in a great area the Home is clean and Cozy. The decore is very nice and Historical. I would not hesitate to book again in the future.
The property was absolutely beautiful in a great neighborhood! Close walk to stores and a close drive into Salem for spooky fun! Property manager was kind and had great communication! I would definitely stay there again.
My friends and I stayed in this house to visit Salem. We’re in our late 30’s-early 40’s and we found this house to be absolutely beautiful. It was super clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. Salem was about 10-15 mins away and Marblehead is stunning. It was a perfect weekend and we would stay here again.
Stayed in Marblehead for a Celebration of Life. The house was comfortable, had a large yard for the kids to play in and the 1 year old learned to climb stairs (totally his option LOL), Rooms are larger than you expect and plenty of room to find your own space. I would recommend it for a family and it is pet friendly. Thanks Bill for letting us stay there.
The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s so incredibly charming. It’s a great location for exploring Salem, but hanging around the house is also very enjoyable. Every night we settled in for family movie night on the couch.
The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Whole place was clean and delightful. Highly recommend!!
We used the Anchor House as a gathering place for family coming in from around the country and living on the North Shore. The large living area was perfect for both exchanging gifts and having a sit down dinner. Bill, our host, went above and beyond making sure the place was ready for our visit, including having Xmas decorations in place and a tree put up. We had a great time. Thanks, Bill!
