The cabin was so cozy and inviting. We had everything we needed. Good location with rest and shops nearby. Our host was easy to communicate with and offered good information as to what to do while in the area. Very pleased with our stay. Wouldn’t mind going back again!

What a charmingly adorable home. We had a wonderful weekend stay for my nephew’s wedding. It fit our needs to a t! I would certainly recommend The Boathouse for anyone visiting Marblehead.
Great property for a little New England getaway! House was adorable and well equipped - listing is very accurate. Marblehead is a great town and you are walking distance to everything. Amy was available for any questions/quick to respond. I hope to go back again!
Nautical themed property that was aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, immaculate, and hosted by a very responsive hostess. Amy responded immediately when I misunderstood the check in instructions and came by to make sure we were settled. Everything was perfect with gates and bowls for our pup. Comfortably housed me, my son and two of his teen teammates in town for a regatta. Ac was excellent as were all appliances/fixtures and kids loved the amp while I loved the great kitchen and private back balcony. Perfect stay with easy on street parking.

Why they chose this property
Marblehead is a quaint seaside town that offers many options for both locals and vacationers. Visit any of our local beaches — Gas House Beach, Devereux Beach or Grace Oliver's Beach, walk around Old Town and browse the local shops, or visit one of our many restaurants, such as The Landing, Sea Salt, Maddie's Sail Loft or The Beacon and enjoy some time with family and friends. If you take a quick drive over to Marblehead Neck — "The Neck", as it's commonly known — you can spend the day at the Chandler Hovey Park enjoying the lighthouse and all of the boats sailing in and out of the harbor. Or, head over to Castle Rock and watch the waves crash against the rocks.
You will never get bored touring the lovely sights of Marblehead! And, if you are lucky enough to visit us during the month of July, you are in for a treat! The Festival of the Arts hosts a wonderful array of music, art and celebration (not to mention fireworks) to celebrate the birth of this great nation. It's a series of fun-filled days that you will be sure to enjoy! And, if you are visiting during the month of October, you have to venture over to Salem to take in Haunted Happenings! It's a must if you are in the area at that time of year.
