Our bright and airy Penthouse Suite overlooks charming Main Street Eureka Springs. Slumber fast and easy on our elegant King sized bed. Room darkening blinds (not blackout) allow late risers to sleep in without interruption. For the early bird, nothing beats sipping on a coffee while watching the town awake from our large deck. The surprisingly spacious bathroom doubles as a dressing room to allow plenty of room for pampering. Treat yourself to a stay to remember!

In Room Mini Refrigerator, Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.
Common Area Deck, Parlor, and Dining Room.
The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980's, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn.

Guest Access:
A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time. Please feel free to help yourself at the self service coffee and tea station in the kitchen. On any of Eureka Springs' abundant sunny days, enjoy the breeze, shade, and floral gardens from our expansive deck and outdoor seating area.
