You'll have your own private swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ grill, in addition to the fabulous resort amenities. The home can sleep 17 guests at a time and has a garage-turned-games-room packed full of games to keep your whole crew entertained. The resort has a lazy river, fitness center, waterslide, sports courts, and licensed restaurant.

This 7 bedroom home is located at the Solterra Resort; is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities. Featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. Float down the lazy river, or relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Parking:
You can park in the driveway, up to 2 vehicles and there's also an additional street parking nearby but please don't park in the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.

Property Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the unit.

Resort Access:
Guest have access to the Solterra Resort clubhouse, which offers amenities such as tennis courts, club trails, a gymnasium, a restaurant, and a fantastic swimming pool complete with an amazing water slide and a lazy river.

The Neighborhood:
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

You can fill your days with fun at the resort. Join the kids for some thrills down the water slide, play a game of tennis or volleyball. Perhaps you can enjoy a cool drink at the poolside Tiki bar after running a mile on the treadmill in the fitness center? Enjoy lunch in the clubhouse café – no need to hop in a car and leave the resort.

Please be advised that the air hockey table is currently unavailable for use during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

1. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

3. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
