Big Barn Dance

This was close to Midtown Park. It was nice having a space for my family to spend time together. It was convenient to park in the carport. We enjoyed staying here.

This place is great! The layout of this home is perfect. With one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs, everyone had their space and privacy. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The covered parking was a great perk too. We stayed for A&M graduation and we were close to the school as well as restaurants and entertainment. Definitely recommend.

This home in College Station was very well kept and very clean. It was fully stocked as a home with a full kitchen, iron and ironing board, and extra pillows and blankets. Communication was SUPERB with the listing company - they were so responsive, even at 11pm at night when we checked in! I would absolutely stay here again when in College Station. Recommended stay at this location if you want a good clean, nice stay for 4 persons and don't want to be cramped into a small hotel room!

This is a great condo. I really like the layout, with a bedroom and bath downstairs and another bed and bath upstairs. Lots of privacy for everyone. The place is spacious but not making you pay for wasted space. Its also nice to have covered parking. I was afraid that the location was too far from campus, but it turned out to be really convenient, just a few minutes up Wellborn or 2818.

Graduation Weekend

My family sought accommodation for graduation weekend and found this VRBO to be a more economical option compared to hotels. The interior was clean and suited our requirements, consistent with the online photos. However, we felt uneasy due to the poor condition of neighboring properties and the lack of lawn maintenance in the area.
