The Preferred Premier Shoreline House is one of our most recent additions, boasting breathtaking views of the Saint Louis River and gorgeous sunrises that will take your breath away each morning. This charming residence features a generously sized family room, designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for moments spent with family and friends. The heart of the home, the kitchen, is equipped to comfortably serve large gatherings, with seating available for up to 16 individuals. 12 guests can sit around the large dining room table, perfectly positioned next to a cozy fireplace that adds warmth and charm to your dining experience. Whether you're sharing meals or simply enjoying each other's company, this space is sure to create lasting memories.

A wonderful place for our group of 7 adults. More than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, places to park, places to sit around the table, etc. Comfy beds, cute amenities in the house, enough items in the kitchen to cook a big meal, and a great location... everything you would need in a rental. The management company was super friendly and communicative as well!

Good location, good space, good access to Duluth

Check in was easy, the door was a little tricky to unlock but I got it in a few tries. The space was big and open and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The yard space was nice and being right between the river and spirit mountain is pretty awesome. There’s a neighborhood market just up the street so good access to quick snacks. It was a great time and a very new home that had everything we could have wanted!

We were the first to join this effort to build up West Duluth in this River West development because, as aging outdoor enthusiasts, we have discovered that this location offers so many options for all experiences. These include biking on the Munger Trail, road biking, mountain biking, hiking, Nordic skiing, the Superior Hiking Trail hiking, and downhill alpine skiing at Spirit Mountain. This will be the newest wanted destination in our area!
