Great location, but not quite ready to rent

Location was terrific, right on Carlin Park which was particularly convenient for tennis and dogs, beach within walking/biking distance or 3 minute drive. Property was very spacious and clean, albeit dated...BUT. there were issues. The unit smelled very musty, improved with continuous AC use and deodorizer. Wifi/TV did not work. Did work with property manager to resolve but took a day to get WiFi access. Toilet in master and upstairs did not operate properly, there were small ants in the kitchen, **outlet in bath/laundry room did not have a plate covering it and was exposed near water and a clear safety hazard. There was an extension cord stretched taught from the washing machine to the outlet and, again, ran behind the sink faucet which looked totally jerry rigged not to mention a safety hazard**. Sink in master bath rusted out around drain and overflow. Kitchen sink faucet missing cap and could not extend spray nozzle. Ice maker didn't work. Interior door frames were missing hardware. Deck furniture and carpet were in complete disarray/mildewed. Most of what needs to be addressed should be easy fixes. Not expecting the Ritz but all of these "little" things add up and left me shaking my head. If you take the time to address these issues, the stay would have been much more pleasurable and rating much higher.
