Great space for multi-family stay

5 households (and a few extra) got to call this space “home” during the WA Player’s Cup soccer tournament. The house is just as described, and allowed enough spaces for kids and adults to have their own conversations. Lauren, was accommodating to our needs, and even added some details based on our group. The house also provided close proximity to the tournament sites around Tukwila and SeaTac.

Everything I expected and more..

I had a party of 10.. after arriving early from an Alaskan cruise, Greg and Lauren allowed us to check in early around 10am for a small fee. This house was perfect for our party. Lots of space and a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well laid out so we did not feel smothered. I highly recommend! Also the unattached bar/pool table room was a nice touch. Some of us wanted to rest, some wanted to enjoy cocktails, allowing the house to remain quiet while enjoying the pool room.

Beautiful home

Overall the home was very clean upon arrival and the host provided all the information needed. The host had charged us for two babies under 1 and two toddlers 3 and under. Playpens were provided for the babies, without mattresses. Playpen base was extremely hard for the twins to sleep on. Toddlers - we brought our own beds and had assumed that the host would provide bedding but they did not. Thankfully we had bought some extra sheets with us and managed to make shift bedding from spare blankets around the house. The Billard table room smelled musky, even mouldy. We only spent a couple of hours in there. Host is very responsive overall, home is beautiful.

I am sorry we were not aware that you expected us to provide sheets for the beds you brought, even though you brought sheets for them. I thought purchasing THREE new Pack and Plays for two infants under 1 year of age at no additional cost to you was going above and beyond as a host. (Two were for sleeping and one was to use around the home or for outside use as needed and stated in our communication prior to your stay). Also, please read warning labels on pack and plays. *Additional mattresses are not recommended for infants safety.
