We stayed at the property to attend a wedding at the Yacht club that was a few blocks away. Pros of this property - there was plenty of room for our large group. All the bedrooms are spacious and the 3 full baths were super helpful and the property is walking distance from downtown and the marina. Cons - pretty much most of this part of Des Moines is in the take off pattern of SEA-TAC - if you are a light sleeper, plan accordingly. There is no place to sit down and eat as a group inside, with only a few counter style seats. There is an outdoor sitting space downstairs by the parking area, not the most inviting space but worked for our group of 7 during meal times.
