Perfect spot, Perfect layout for our group. Just 10 mins from the Kentucky horse park. Jonathan was attentive. Beautiful house. It had everything we needed. We will be back!
Loved the old charm of this house. Plenty of room for all of us to gather and also be totally private. Excellent location to shops and dining with a charming pub right down the road. Close to almost all the major distillerys and dining.
The house was fantastic! It is not only gorgeous but had so many amenities that it made our stay excellent! We will be back and we will recommend it to all of our friends!!
Our host was extremely responsive! Our family enjoyed the abundance of space and would stay again. Encourage everyone to see the Ark and Kentucky Horse Park at Christmas!!
Great property for multiple family units to gather and share space but also have some privacy. We found the kitchens well stocked and the living rooms were great for gathering. Host was very responsive and we would highly recommend this property.
This is a great place for a group of adults wanting separate rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for group activities. The location was great for Keeneland and the area distilleries.

Beautiful home! Loved having multiple kitchens! My group had a great time and would definitely book this home again. The host was very attentive and responsive.
Great house in the most charming town. This house is fantastic for big groups - almost like everyone has their own house within a house. The host was amazing - so responsive. Everything we could have needed was provided.
Tons of room in an elegant house! Great space for the group to get together and great private space at the same time for each family. Also in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants downtown! Also plenty of parking behind the house. The property manager was very helpful. Highly recommend this location!
We rented the home for 14 of our friends to enjoy a bourbon Trail experience. It was a fantastic location with easy access to many of the most famous distilleries. With six primary suites, there was plenty of room for everyone! I highly recommend the property.
This house was set up well for multiple families traveling together. Lots of gathering places. Multiple kitchens and updated bathrooms for people to utilize.Would highly recommend!
We had a group of 9 in town for March Madness and this house worked perfectly for us. Lots of room, kitchen was stocked well with plates, cooking utensils, etc. and plenty of bedrooms. The pictures online were very accurate. Easy ride into downtown Lexington, would stay here again.
Great spot for our family gathering.. It was a bit difficult to know how to find the driveway. Perhaps we missed a message in the introductory message that said where to park.
This house was all we needed and more. The communication with the property manager was phenomenal and we could not have asked for a better experience. Even though we were in a cold spell it was a warm house!! I would definitely book this again!!
Our multigenerational family holiday gathering was so enjoyable in this beautiful, comfortable, historic home. The layout worked very well for us, with separate living spaces as needed, as well as common areas for everyone to be together. The host was very responsive. We had everything we needed.
Great property in close proximity to Lexington, Frankfort, and Lawrenceburg. Our group had 2 couples, 2 brothers, and two friends. The condo layout provided separation as needed but enough common area to gather as we wanted. Communication was on time and easy.
14 friends and I stayed at The House on Main for the Horsey Hundred weekend. We truly appreciated the beauty and history of the house. The space and size were just right for our group. Couple were able to be together with some privacy, the kitchens allowed for food preparation for a group our size, the patio off the garage was just right for our Friday night potluck. We appreciated and wanted to know more about the history of The House on Main but were so busy with rides each day, we didn't really get to dig in on that research. We may have missed it, but a flyer telling about the history of the house would be perfect. We loved the location and half the group wandered out to explore Georgetown and had a blast walking around. The festival in town was fun, too! We appreciated Jonathon's response when we had a question and when we struggled to see the check out details.
Nothing short of Spectacular!!!We have an annual fall retreat of 6 former Army Rangers and their wives. This house perfectly met our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to town for meals and enjoyed a day at the Keeneland races and a day touring local distilleries. Everyone commented on how comfortable the accommodations were and how we enjoyed the modern updates while still recognizing the historical integrity and style of the home. Really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and seating area at night. You might need an affinity for train whistles as trains pass on nearby tracks at all hours, but it actually creates a charming and rhythmic background for the setting. All of our needs were met and the house provides all the essentials you need for a wonderful stay. Jonathon was a great host and easy to communicate with when needed. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, perfect for large families or groups.
