1090 - Cozy Family Home up to 9 & Pool/BBQ - Near Disney

*We do not provide wash clothes anymore (It is considered as a personal item).

The deposit is fully refunded after the guest checks out if everything is okay with the house and all the guests followed the rules. Please note that we have fees for pets, pool heating. Let us know if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not have parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors. If you do, you will be charged $250.

2- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit, and for the pool area you will be charged $1.500 ozone treatment to purify the air in case os smoking. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the drive way. Please don't leave garbage on the floor.

3- Please do not check out late. If your check out affects the maid, you will be charged $250. If it affects the next guest, you will lose your security deposit.

4- Please leave the place tidy. If it is quite dirty, you will be charged extra for a deep cleaning.

5- If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged a $100 fee. For those who paid the non-refundable pet fee, we request that your pet stays downstairs and doesn't sleep on any of the beds, or you will lose your security deposit.

6- If there is any stain in one of the towels or linen, makeup or blood stains or any other kind that is not possible to be removed, we will charge you for the damaged/missing towels.

7- We request you to remove your shoes when going upstairs since the area has carpet. We really appreciate you taking care of our house as if it’s your own!

8- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, please feel free to request it. The cost is $45 a day and if you are staying 10 days or longer, we will give you a discount. Please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating, even though your stay is less than 3 nights. For long stays, we require a minimum of 7 days for pool heating. If you request the pool heating to be turned on or off after your check-in, the fee will be $50.

10 - The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out.

Great House

This house was perfect for our stay. Great location and neighborhood. Lots of stores and food near by and not far from Disney. The only issue that we had was that the twin bed mattresses were pretty firm, but that is being picky. We definitely will stay there again!

Nice house but make sure you speak spanish

Overall the house was nice. Pull up house is nice, go in, house is nice. Could use a deep clean, but is fully for a family vacation. Definitely could use some fixes and upgrades overall. Community was nice, gated, kept clean. Things to know - bring all your own towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. They do supply them, but best bet is to use your own if you are concerns about the deposit and you need more than a couple days worth. Bathroom window blinds were broken and a strip of toilet paper was used to cover the open window spot that looked outside to the pool. Giant bug was out by the pool area, dead, but it gave you the idea that the house was not cleaned or looked over before your stay. Kids bedrooms did not have a tv, and the tv in one bedroom was older. Garage had some garbage randomly thrown in the corner. We left at checkout time and let them know. They contacted us an hour and a half later that the cleaners said we left late and we would be charged a fee for that. We were an hour and a half north of the property and sent them proof and the did not reply. We reached out to VRBO twice. First time the owner was in a meeting and would get back to us in an hour. No response in 2 hours. Second reach out, they said they could not talk to us because they only spoke Spanish. No resolution from VRBO, just wait to see if they charge you. They did not, and returned the whole deposit, it that was very unprofessional.
