The house features a keyless entry that allows guests convenient contactless check-ins and check-outs, as well as access to the home 24 hours a day without having to share keys between guests.

1-DAY WAITING PERIOD IN BETWEEN RENTALS
There will be a 1 day waiting period in between rentals. Not allowing back-to-back rentals provides additional time between each rental to allow for less possibility of spread of germs.

SPECIAL DISINFECTION AND ADDED CLEANING PROCEDURES IN EFFECT
The emergence of SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 has created a need to take additional cleaning and disinfection measures to help prevent its spread and help ensure the safety of our guests. Additional sanitization procedures will occur in or on the following areas:
• Tables and Countertops
• Hard-backed chairs
• Doorknobs and patio door handles, both interior and exterior
• Alarm keypads and pool alarm buttons
• Light switches and outlets
• Metal chain pulls and plastic wands on window blinds or patio door blinds
• Lamp switches and pull chains, ceiling fan pull chains
• Telephones
• Remote controls, cable boxes, TV and ceiling remotes
• Handles and buttons on refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer
• Small kitchen appliances and their chords: toaster, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven
• Interior trash cans: lids, plus inner and outer surfaces
• Vacuum, mop and broom handles
• Kitchen cabinet handles and knobs
• Sink and tub faucet handles
• Toilet levers
• Medicine cabinet doors
• Bathroom cabinet drawer handles, knobs and handrails
• Thermostat panel and control buttons
• Keyless entry pad and Key box
• Handrails on staircases
• All linens and towels must now be washed on the highest heat setting, the same for items being placed in the dishwasher
• Spray or similar disinfecting spray to be used on sofas, chairs and other soft furnishings

These additional steps will also help prevent the spread of other viruses like NOROVIRUS, ECOLI, SALMONELLA, and LEGIONELLA.

The rental has 2 FLOORS, 5 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHS, FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS FIDELITY (WIFI) WITH 400 MEGABITS PER SECOND, LAKEFRONT VIEW, FISHING, HEATED POOL WITH COVERED LANAI, GAME ROOM, 7 HDTV's, 2 SEPARATE LIVING SPACE AREAS great for larger families. Exceptionally maintained Home with a conveniently located spacious Master King-size suite on first floor that includes a large en-suite with a Garden Bath, a separate Shower, and a walk-in closet. Plus there is an added sitting area where you can relax, access the FREE WIRELESS FIDELITY (WiFi) to work from home or have your kids do school work online, or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful Lake that backs to a Wooded Conservation Area where graceful water foul, like Great Heron, Sandhill Cranes, or White Ibis, can be seen. Step out through the sliding glass doors to the partially-covered deck of the In-ground Pool to enjoy your morning coffee. An additional first-floor bedroom provides room for two more guests downstairs.

The Spacious Kitchen features a Breakfast Bar, plenty of counter space and a cozy Breakfast Nook with seating for six, with a Tranquil view of the Lake, plus Pool Access. Pool heat can be provided for an additional fee during colder weather. A Safety Screen is provided between the house and the pool to prevent young children from entering without supervision.

The Kitchen is well-stocked with all brand new small kitchen appliances, cookware, and dinnerware for 10 plus. A Formal Dining room provides an elegant change to enjoy fine dining, and relaxation in the adjacent formal living area for an after dinner drink or to sit and watch a movie. Enjoy additional seating where you can relax in the family room, near the kitchen, that also offers convenient access to the Pool through large sliding glass doors. If the kids need to unwind, they can have fun in the fully carpeted Game Room playing Foosball and Air Hockey. Or for an evening at home, new flatscreen HDTVs are provided throughout the house and in all of the bedrooms for your enjoyment.

There is a Second Master King-size bedroom with private en-suite upstairs. There are two more bedrooms upstairs that include a Queen in one. It shares the Jack and Jill double-sink bathroom with two XL Twins in the other. This provides plenty of room for a large family or for two families to share.

All linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms are included. Guests provide their own beach towels. A Separate laundry room is provided for your use during your stay.
