Very happy with the villa. Clean, modern with all the facilities we needed. Pool area was great with sun almost all day. Communication with the hosts was very personal and quick. Would happily stay again on our next visit.

I stay here before few years back and loved this home, this is why I booked it again, is so close to everything and that is a plus.Things I didn’t like this time was the AC unit is locked and on 73 the setting, I didn’t like that because no matter how much you keep the doors close when the kids went to the pool, it will get hot, specially with 100 degrees outside, my momIs an open heart Patient and it will spike 80 degrees inside. I did ask to unlock it and lower it and was told no cause they’re trying to protect the unit. I go to Florida every summer and get a house for 2 weeks and never had this happen. Also the pool area was very dirty like it does not get clean and the back door don’t lock at all, it has a wooden stick to keep it lock. Need more appliances in the kitchen like an air fryer would have been nice. This is why I gave it a 4 star. If I’mPaying for this home for 2 weeks we should have control of the AC unit.

Thank you for returning to our home and for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the location, but we want to address your concerns directly so future guests have full clarity. During historic Florida heat waves exceeding 100°F, our AC units—much like systems in high-end hotels—are preset to 73°F to prevent the compressor from freezing over and shutting down completely. Each time the patio door opens to the pool, a tremendous amount of cool air escapes, making it harder for the system to recover during peak afternoon temperatures. Regarding the patio door lock, the latch was damaged by the previous guest, and we had ordered replacement parts which have since been installed. In the interim, a security bar was provided to ensure the home remained completely secure. For the pool area, our pool maintenance service was actually the one to notify us of the issue rather than receiving a message during the stay, and it was promptly resolved. We always encourage guests to notify us immediately when something is not up to standard so our team can rectify it right away. We appreciate your feedback regarding kitchen amenities and will look into adding an air fryer for future stays. Thank you again for your time with us.

We had a good weekend stay and visit with our family. The house was nice and the heated pool was a great asset for entertaining 4 rowdy kids. We had everything we needed. Lots of towels and comfy beds. The house was a little further away from shopping than I thought but still manageable. All in all nice place!

great place, great pool, great location

We came for a volleyball tournament and wanted quiet refuge with a pool. This fit the bill. There were a couple issues, but the owner handled them quickly, and even allowed us extra late checkout (3pm) the last day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was truly an outstanding place to stay. Very clean and highly recommended. We brought our youngest daughter and their two children which one has a disability. A great place for a family vacation!

We loved the house. It was beautiful and had plenty of space. Close to Walmart which was a bonus for us. There were some sugar ants to deal with but we would definitely stay here again.
