Welcome to a coastal retreat featuring a glorious seascape of the 30A Emerald Coast. Get ready to relax and enjoy this beach front view! This unit is simple and comfortably furnished to ensure you a pleasant beach escape.



Key Features:

• Accommodates up to 4 guests - One king and two twin beds.

• All 05 units have an extra extended, ample balcony that can be accessed from the unit or from the outside of the unit. Beach items can conveniently be stored here, as well as enjoying the extra seating. The direct views are amazing.

• Lighting is tops throughout this unit.

• Ceiling fans included - Living Area and both Bedrooms.

• Living Space: Offers comfortable seating. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa. Two modern high back swivel chairs. All facing a mounted 60” TV that can also be viewed from the dining and kitchen area.

• Modern Kitchen - Updated with top-of-the-line appliances for easy meals and snack preparation. This area is spacious and fully equipped.

• Dining - Elongated, roomy dining table that easily works as an eating surface and/or a desk working surface. The two seated bar is another seating choice.

• Bedrooms - The master bedroom has a relaxing king size bed and a 45” TV. The guest bedroom provides two twin beds and a 45” TV. For both bedrooms, electrical outlets for devices are located on bedside tables. The furnishings and closets in this room provide able storage space for clothing and travel items.

• Washer & dryer included in the unit.

• Complimentary WiFi. All TV’s are Smart TV.

Beautiful view

Our stay was great except for the wait for the elevator. One elevator for a building that size is definitey an inconvience especially at arrival time. The unit was clean and nice with a beautiful view.
