Welcome to our family-friendly home, strategically located in a nice neighborhood, just 10 minutes from both the beach and the town center, and minutes away from the renowned Mayo Clinic.

• A dedicated private office space with a comfortable futon if needed for sitting or additional sleeping

Our home caters to both relaxation and entertainment. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all essential utensils, including all toddler tableware ensuring you can cook just like at home. Plus, there’s a toddler high chair and booster seat for the little ones. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a cozy living room. For more formal meals, there’s a large separate dining room.
For our tiniest guests, a crib, toys, books and games are provided

Family gathering in JAX

Came down to JAX, long weekend, for a family gathering. Needed to be close to all the prearranged activities and found this home. Location was perfect and convenient to get around. The home was comfortable. although we were gone 80% of the time it meet all of our needs.

A wonderful home

My wife needed an extended stay at the nearby Mayo clinic. This house was about 15 mins away or closer. It was fantastic and quiet in a wonderful safe neighborhood. The house was spotless an well maintained. It was fully stocked with all you could need for a long stay. There are many stores nearby for anything you may need during a visit. The location is amazing as mentioned its close to Mayo and the beaches as well as all the shopping you could want. The owner was fantastic and friendly as well as very responsive. I highly recommend this property. Thank you...
