Much larger than expected

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My family came from all over the country for our youngest daughter’s wedding and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and having the second living room area for the kids was a plus. The privacy of the backyard with fire pit was enjoyable. They also accommodated us with a later check out for a small fee because our flights were leaving in the evening.

The stay was very comfortable, everything was clean . Rachel communicated very well about where everything was .. Rachel made everything easy , everything was modern, there was kitchen supplies in the bathrooms were clean and she also provided hygiene products as far as the fire pit everything was cool except there wasn’t a lot of lighter fluid . There wasn’t a lot of laundry detergent in the laundry room either but the washer and dryer worked perfectly fine. The game room was used. The food so I made it convenient for everyone sitting in the game room. I definitely would recommend it to my family and friends and anyone whose visiting in Memphis.

Liberty Bowl Trip

This house was perfect! We had two families with 6 teenagers. (10 people in total) The way this house was set up was perfect for the kids. The kids got their own bathroom and bedrooms right off of the game room. The beds were comfortable and each room was perfect for everyone. We come down to Memphis every year and we will be looking to book this again in 2024.

Walking in Memphis

Overall very satisfied. Needs outdoor rails for back stairs. Also, problem with hot water. Its very hormonal. Otherwise, loved our stay. Above and beyond our expectations.

Furniture needs cleaning couch is broken in one corner. The amount of space was amazing the bathroom was dirty not sure what is splattered on wall and on vanity in bathroom. Getting in the property was a nightmare if your Arriving late lockbox was hard to get to open! All and all the stay was ok not horrible! I wouldn’t stay for longer than a couple of days.
