Very nice and clean home. Quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Parked the vehicle under the attached carport and felt slightly hidden. We were pretty close to highway traffic but could not really hear it inside the house. The house was beautifully decorated. Super comfy beds. Communication with the host was super easy and quick responses.

Beautiful home, very quiet neighborhood perfect for after a night of partying on Beale St. It felt like a vacation but homey at the same time. I loved it. Very clean and stocked with everything I needed from cookware to sipping wine cork screw and wine glasses. I can go on and on but you have to experience it for yourself. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Memphis, Tennessee. Even though it’s located near a highway and the airport, we were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t hear any noise at all inside the home—it was peaceful and quiet throughout our visit. The house itself was very nice, clean, and well-kept. It was thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to major attractions like Downtown Memphis, Beale Street, and Elvis Presley’s Graceland. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

We’re a family from Texas headed to Virginia. Traveling with 2 teenagers, we wanted to shorten the 20 hours drive up, and booked a few VRBO’s along the way. We stayed at this house 2 nights. It was great for us. We enjoyed the pool table and treats the host left for us. It was not far from Graceland and other things to see and do. Clean, comfy and cozy!

A quaint home that sleeps 6. Two beds were comfortable. One bed needed improvement. Nice lay out with pool table. It needed upgrade in kitchen supplies. Abundant amount of pots and pans. We bought extra supplies and utensils as they were lacking for our needs. The owner was very easy to work with. She answered messages promptly and was very cordial. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home filled our needs nicely.

This guest was informed multiple times prior to and during the stay that parties, small gatherings, smoking, and additional guests are strictly prohibited. Despite this, a party was thrown within hours of check-in. The guest refused to vacate after eviction, which required law enforcement assistance. The home was left in unacceptable condition.
