Private Garden District Home

Garden district home on a quiet street. There is a tenant that lives upstairs, and I live in the back apartment. This is a spacious apartment with 12-foot ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a large back deck you're welcome to enjoy. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen with all the things. Quiet neighborhood with kids that live across the street. One block off Magazine St with tons of restaurants and shops + coffee!

Wonderful location and host

We had a lovely stay at this property. The unit is exactly as pictured and has great New Orleans charm. The location is near (within two blocks of) restaurants, a bodega, and bus stops. Our host was gracious and helpful and provided excellent information and support.
