We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent, the decor was charming and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The host was a great communicator and we would definitely return to this property again.
Great neighborhood. The jasmine bushes out front are the best. Property is old school NOLA in the best way with some great antique furniture, my rents live down the road so I know the area well and this is a great quiet spot near a lot of great stuff on magazine.
Very cute and comfortable property. Gino was a great host. The location one block off of Magazine Street was ideal and we were close to many good bars and restaurants as well as shopping.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. Gino is very accommodating, has great communication, and is very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place and I intend on staying there again in the future.
Great location, clean and well equipped. It is essentially the front part of a house with an interior door separating the 2 units-a little odd for us. The person in the back of the house had a small dog. The bed is a Murphy and very uncomfortable.

I am sorry you didn’t have a 10 out of 10 experience. It’s very important to me that everyone has a great stay while visiting. The description clearly states that the unit is the front parlor of a larger house that is very secure and private with its own bathroom, kitchenette and entrance. So that should not have came as a surprise. With regards to the bed, the mattress is a tempurpedic mattress and not a traditional spring mattress. Maybe it’s not for everyone but people generally think it’s comfortable.
Lovely spot in a nice location with easy street parking. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We had nice weather and enjoyed sitting on the front porch.
The room was beautiful and in a great location. Gino was very welcoming and helpful with advice about what to see and do during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
Super cute place in a great location right off magazine street in the Garden district! Just a trolley ride away from the French quarter. It’s quiet and in a residential neighborhood. We walked everywhere! Nice and clean, fluffy towels! There was some coffee for the morning. Nice porch with the sun in the mornings.
Easy check in, responsive host, lovely decor and just the right size for the two of us. We walked all over the neighborhood and visited several restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.
Gino was very welcoming and attentive and was a great host! He definitely went above and beyond the service that we expected. The space was clean and was in an accessible location to everything we wanted to do. We highly recommend this property!
Clean property in a great location. Highly recommend for a New Orleans vacation.
