We invite you to stay at Pablo Pointe, our new fully renovated family ranch home. Ideal for families and/or patients visiting the Mayo Clinic. The entire group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Situated in a small, quiet neighborhood directly across from the Mayo Clinic. 10 minutes to St John’s Town Center to the west, and 10 minutes to Ponte Vedra Beach to the east. Quick access to JTB. Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay at Pablo Pointe!

Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms and living room. Utilize the dining areas only for food.
For stays longer than 14 days, an additional cleaning fee of $35 will apply.

The location was perfect for us. 2 minutes to the Mayo Clinic is what we were told. Place was clean felt like everything was brand new!

Location to Mayo Clinic was perfect. House was clean but really had a musty/ mildew smell. Probably a dehumidifier or two would help. The lights were so bright, dimmer switches would be nice. Also, we could not use the tv because it was all streaming and we do not have streaming at home so no accounts to log into. The check in was easy, and not an issue. Nice to have a washer and dryer too.

Jacksonville has been over home since 2017. Florida natives, but lived in DC prior to moving back to Florida. This is our third rental property and we love being hosts! We feel a quiet peaceful furnished home is much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love our neighborhood! It is quiet and peaceful with views of the marsh on one side of the block. We love the proximity of everything around us. Our guests love that they can walk to Mayo, and quickly drive to the grocery store, beach, or shopping.

What makes this property unique

Pablo Pointe is the perfect house for guests visiting the Mayo Clinic because of how close we are. We are the closest possible housing option to Mayo, and staying at a house vs. a hotel makes a world of difference, particularly for longer stays.
