"Million Dollar View"

NEWLY REMODELED (New floors and new shower in bathroom.)
Four Winds Condominium is one of the nicer complex in the area. This 36 unit condominium complex is low density and offers many of the same features found in much larger complexes.

Unit 702 is located on the 7th floor. This beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condo has been recently renovated and is perfect for a couple or small family and will sleep 4 adults and 2 SMALL CHILDREN (bunk beds) comfortably.

The Master bedroom offers a King bed with a flat screen TV and private full bathroom. This unit also offers two built in bunk beds with new mattresses that are located in the hallway.

The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, with 65 inch flat screen TV and a private Gulf front balcony that offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you like the relaxing sound of waves hitting the sugar white sand from your own private balcony, this is the place to kick back.

The unit is also equipped with a fully equiped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer combo. We have recently added a Keurig Coffee Maker.

Don't forget to bring your laptop because this unit offers FREE wifi..

In addition to the large outdoor pool this complex also features a hot tub and a wading pool for children.

Four Winds is located directly across the street from Wolf Bay and The Ruby Slipper, and Docs Seafood restaurants.

We now live in Foley Alabama. We love this 1 Bedroom Condo and have owned it for 16 years. This not only has the best location but also had been decorated beautifully to project the Beach theme. We have updated all the appliances, and remodeled the bathroom and floors. We offer a lot of extras and since we now do our own marketing, can offer even better prices for our tenants. You will certainly feel special staying in our condo.

Why they chose this property

Its view and location. Small building and less than a mile to grocery and restaurants. It's family friendly and the beach is so beautiful and clean.

WE CANNOT INCLUDE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA DUE TO NEW COMPANY IKE'S THAT PROVIDES THEM DENEYING OWNERS ABILITY TO PAY FOR THE YEAR!

What makes this property unique

Updated and remodeled. New AC system installed summer of 2019. New cabinets installed 2017. All stainless appliances including combo washer/dryer.. Also offer Keurig coffee maker.
