Kelly’s home was clean, as described, and comfortable for our few nights in Aztec. We used the home as a base camp while we fished the San Juan and it was perfect for us. Definitely recommend for travelers going to this area.
We have stayed at quite a few VBROs, but this one took the cake. It is an excellent, cute little place next to the river. Open the windows or sit outside and listen to the water. The kitchen is by far the best stocked one i have seen. Heck, even the ice maker works and was full, ready to go. I'll definitely look for whatever excuse i need to go to Farmington or Aztec and stay here again.
I traveled to NM for work and found this adorable cabin right on the river. It was so nice to come back after a long day and hear the river and sit on the porch. The property manager was so nice and I will 100% be staying at this cabin for future trips!
It was everything we could have hoped for. The only downside was we could spend more time there. We booked for one night, because that was all that was available. We would have loved to stay longer.
Great little cabin for a couple or by yourself. 30 min to the San Juan and 40 ish to Durango. Owners were very easy to work with. It’s a little hard to find but it’s secluded so it should be hard to find. Will stay again.
My son and I stayed at the cabin for a weekend fishing trip. The cabin was very nice and away from the main house. The cabin was right next to the Animas river so we were able to walk to the river each day. The cabin was very nice, it had everything we needed.
The photos of this property are lovely, but the beauty of the property exceeded our expectations. This was such a beautiful stay! We stayed at the property at the end of May and had no need to adjust the heater or A/C. Everything was very clean with lots of amenities. We had no issues finding the cabin—the directions that Kelly gave were great. We have been bragging about the cabin ever since we left that lush oasis. We can’t wait to return!
I absolutely loved this little cabin! It’s right on the river with plenty of room for any type of outdoor activities, to include cooking. Easy access to the river and a playground as well. Super cute decor!
The cabin was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed, even AC and WiFi. It was myself, my nanny and my two boys. My boys have special needs and they absolutely loved the toys provided!
Kelly was such an awesome host and very communicative! We’ll definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this property to any other families!
Much more than pictures showed. Nice clean very well kept cabin. This place is hidden off in its own quite place very near the river. We were there for our daughters wedding and wanted a nice place to relax for the weekend. We were able to visit with family in the park area and on the nice walk around porch. We had a nice night and didn't have the worry about bothering neighbors. It's a great place to get away from everything. Cabin has all the necessities. Excellent place 5 stars is not enough stars.

Incomplete direction should be more specific from ruins. Photos don’t show lack of separation between living area and sleeping area
We had a great stay at the Wildflower Cabin. The setting is peaceful yet still convenient. The cabin was clean and well stocked; everything we needed was there. The outdoor space was ideal; covered porch with comfortable chairs overlooking the river; we spent time there each day enjoying the view and the birds (lots of songbirds, and a flock of turkeys was in the area and roosted in the trees along the river). Our primary reason for visiting Aztec was to hike the Bisti Badlands, the trailhead for which was an easy hour-long drive away; great hike! We also visited the Aztec Ruins National Monument which is very near to Wildflower Cabin. The cabin is close to restaurants in both Aztec and Farmington. Overall, we had a great stay, and will stay here again (there are a lot of natural arches in the area, so perhaps we’ll come back to see some of those and explore more of the Bisti Badlands).
