My co-workers stayed here while doing a job at the airport. They said the house was wonderful. It was clean and had plenty of space for them to spread out. It was close to everything including restaurants. It was just as advertised. They would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

The house was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out and relax and very comfortable. The towels were luxurious and we appreciated that there was plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and coffee pods. Two small suggestions, some chairs on the back patio would be nice and the court yard could use a little up keep.

Overall inside is functional and styled with good open spaces, has 1 tv which was fine but lacking for the average 4 bedroom home. Floor slants to the south, 2nd bathroom clogs (I left a nice plunger not a deal breaker), sliding door looks nice yet not practical for the master bathroom -privacy lacking. The kitchen was functional along with appliances. The exact street the house is on is ok, however just blocks away there have been several shootings including homicides in Q4 2023 and Q1 2024. Advise you to know what you are getting, again a good value yet a trade off. It is accessible to the riverfront and 2 miles south of The Gathering Place.

Thank you for your feedback. This house is in a great neighborhood, you are correct that within miles of The Gathering Place there have been some incidents, as this is very common for big cities like Tulsa. I’m not sure how that is relevant to the home or the location as these were nowhere near the home. Not “blocks away”. Peter had a change of plans and asked to cancel right before his stay and unfortunately, due to our policy, we were not able to accommodate—so this is feeling a bit like a retaliatory review.

Floors are coming up and there wasn’t much cookware. A lot of wasted space that couldn’t be used there was no furniture in a room. The bedding was not of good quality or the mattress. Just seemed run down a bit.
