Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is in a very convenient location, just a few minute drive from anything you'd regularly need. There are great walking trails just steps away and the nearby middle and high schools have tennis and basketball courts and sports fields that can be utilized when not in use by the school. The Bellevue Aquatic Center, just across the parking lot, also has multiple indoor pools if you fancy a swim.
