This stylish place is a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bath, located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles away from the Gulf and about 14 miles away from the Englewood beach. Close to shopping centers, golf courses, and restaurants! Our home is fully furnished with everything you need for a week getaway or to stay for a longer-term.
We have a spacious kitchen and living area, all great for entertaining.

Perfect location for boca grande

Very nice property. Location excellent. Enjoyed going fishing at Boca Grande. We would definitely stay again

New but issues

Almost new home, well equipped. First day...roaches. dirt under beds and couches was really bad. I tried to send pictures to host. I just got out of hospital with asthma and had issues.

Good after check in

Had some issues with the code not being correct and the place wasn’t clean when we had arrived so we had to leave after for an hour after a long day of travel which was frustrating but after the cleaners were finished was a good place to stay. Make sure to get the code before arriving.

Nice place.

Nice duplex. Everything is fresh and new. Nice contemporary decorating. Modest sized living room area. Could use a dining table. There are 3 chairs to sit at the kitchen counter to eat, but if you actually had 6 people staying, you would have to eat together on the sofa. Also, the check in process needs to be improved. The info sent to us before check in said the code would be the last 4 digits of our phone. It wasn't. Fortunately for us we arrived 15 minutes before 4PM while cleaning people were just getting ready to leave. They showed us how to use the lock and gave us the code. If we had arrived 10 minutes later, it would have been frustrating. Overall, great place, though. We would stay there again.
