This house was perfect, very spacious for our family of 5. Everything was clean and organized. It has every kitchen amenity you need and more which was very helpful. The host was very communicative and flexible. We would definitely stay here again, we miss it already!
Clean and comfortable house for a nice vacation near various beach/park/other attractions (Punta Gorda, North Port, Venice areas). Thoughtfully equipped.
We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, because we were here visiting friends. The house was nice and clean and in the location we wanted to be in. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room.
We had a great experience,a great value for the money. The property was in a lovely neighborhood and was super clean and well maintained. It was a great home away from home experience. I would rent again in a heartbeat. One first world problem…I wish there was a TV in each bedroom.
My son, brother-in-law, a friend, and I come to SW Florida every year to take in several days of spring training baseball games. We picked this rental because it is so conveniently located to several of the ballparks. The house was spacious (4 nice bedrooms) and felt new. It was spotlessly clean, and nicely furnished. I asked the management company advance questions about the bbq grill and the possibility of early check in, and I received prompt and helpful responses. The house is tucked in a neighborhood of single family houses, but only five minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. we found the neighborhood jogger and walker friendly. A great find, and we would definitely stay here in the future.
The house, overall, is very nice. Large, mostly clean, everything you want in a kitchen for preparing a meal.
The cleaning service could do a little better job. The front door area needs cleaning on the outside. But lots of supplies and coffee.
the living room is one extra chair and maybe one lamp away from being great. It seats 4 and the lights are so bright it's hard to sit and watch television.
But, it's a great house. Minimalist in furnishings, but has everything you'll need for any length of stay.
I won't mention the smoke alarms that went off for several hours starting at 11 one evening. I'm sure that doesn't happen often.
quiet neighborhood and safe.
