Luxury condo at Grand Panama Beach Resort with fabulous gulf views!

Owner managed. Updated, well stocked and maintained 1 bedroom + bunk area, 2 full bath condo. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Located at Grand Panama Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The resort includes fabulous amenities, steps from the beautiful beach including 2 pools and hot tubs, tiki bars, a state of the art fitness center, and a general store on site selling everything from sundries to souvenirs, beer and wine.

Note: Grand Panama Beach Resort does charge a $55 resort fee for parking and amenities payable at/prior to check-in. This is per stay, not per day. This is for one vehicle. An additional vehicle parking pass may be purchased for $35.

Our unit’s location: We are on the 4th floor of Tower 2, which is actually 9 stories up because of the 5 floors of parking below. This is the perfect level to enjoy the stunning gulf views during the day and the beautiful city lights in the evening. Tower 2 is across the road with a walkover to Tower 1 and the beach. Our condo also provides very easy access to the heated roof top pool, outdoor grills, parking garage, and fitness center all located in Tower 2. With a short walk through the 5th floor pedestrian walkover you arrive at the very tropical beachfront pool at Tower 1. The beachfront pool area also offers a tiki bar, Jacuzzi, and kiddie pool.

Our unit: Our unit is a one bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, with bunks and sleeper sofa. You will find everything you need for a great vacation including comfortable updated furniture, luxury linens, fully equipped kitchen, a 65" smart tv in the living room and a 43" Smart tv in the bedroom, and beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Please bring your own beach towels.

Our Location: Location: Grand Panama Beach Resort is ideally located in Panama City Beach. There are numerous attractions within a few miles from the condo. Putt-putt golf, arcades, go-carts, amusement rides, Rock it Lanes, Zoo World, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, Parasailing, Jet Ski Rentals and Shipwreck Island Water Park. A full service Wal-Mart and other great stores and restaurants are less than a mile away. Pier Park is less than 3 miles from the condo and is a great place to shop and eat. There are also several golf courses in the area. Shell Island and St. Andrews State Park, along with pontoon boat rentals are less than 5 miles from the condo. There are numerous great restaurants directly on the beach and throughout Panama City Beach.

Great Beach Vacation

My daughter (14) and I came during spring break. This condo was perfect, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The location was great - centrally located to pier park and wonderful restaurants. The owners were very easy to work with and most accommodating. I would highly recommend this luxury condo and hope to come back soon.

Great stay, VERY attentive owners!!!!

We loved our stay at the Grand Panama. Catherine & Rick were amazing the whole time. Our air conditioning went out during our stay and they had it fixed immediately! They checked on us multiple times through out our stay to make sure everything was going great. Will definitely stay with them again if we come back to Panama City :)

Perfect condo

My husband and i stayed in this beautiful condo with 4 kids it was perfect and clean. We had everything we needed and more. The beach was a little too wavy for the kids but we had two pools and hot tubs to make up for it.we will be choosing this condo again in the future

fabulous stay!

My husband and I stayed here for last minute weekend getaway. The condo was beautiful! Very clean and very well stocked. Even though the beach was accross the street the view was amazing! Great condo, great vacation!

Just got back from a great eight day stay in this condo. Communication with the owner was easy and the condo was very nice and stocked well. We were surprised how well stocked it was with everything we needed during our stay. Linens and towels were all very nice and while we missed being right on the ocean the view of the sunset from the second floor pool in this building was stunning. Would definitely recommend this owner and condo and would stay here again.

Extremely Clean!! Beach View!

The unit was extremely clean and fantastic. The owners provided everything you would need to enjoy the beach with chairs and umbrellas as well as a kitchen with nice updated appliances and everything you need to cook a 4 course meal. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking to stay in Panama City Beach.

Loved this condo! Everything and anything we needed was there. It was super clean upon arrival which we really appreciated. The TVs were great with more channels then we have at home. The Internet (wifi) was excellent too. No delays with elevators. Good workout room, and the heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. We couldn't have asked for better owners to deal with!

Fantastic stay!

We had the best stay at your condo! The condo was perfect and comfortable for my husband, daughter, niece and me. I have never stayed in such a clean, well-stocked vacation home... and I have been using Home Away for years and have stayed at the Grand Panama Resort for about 5 years now. Staying in the second tower was very enjoyable because we did not have to wait for elevators like in the first tower. The second tower pool and hot tub were very relaxing also. I have already recommended this specific property rental to my sister and her family. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Beautiful and clean!!

My husband and I just got back yesterday from our stay and I did not want to come home. This condo has everything you need. The kitchen is spacious and well- equipped. We made dinner several nights. The entire condo was spotless. It just felt welcoming and relaxing. It was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to escape for a little while.

The condo was very cleaned and stocked very well. Owners were very attentive to questions and concerns prior to the trip and I have no doubt if we needed them while there they would of helped in any way they could. I thought the walk to the Condo might of become a pain but it was actually very easy and believe me with the 2 little ones we had to make a lot of trips throughout the day. I would defiantly stay at this condo again and refer to others.

Great gem, highly recommend!

Check-in was easy, especially if you complete the form online before you arrive. The property was clean, convenient, and has a great view. It was adequately stocked, plenty of space for a family of 4,and everything in the condo works perfectly. It is quiet inside. Forgetting the street noise from occasional emergency vehicles, you could not hear any neighbors. The blackout shades work great, and you can sleep in darkness during the daylight. The air conditioning kept the rooms cool day and night. Communication with the owners was fantastic. There is a pool/hot tub at tower 2 (where the Condo is) or you can walk across the skybridge (parking level 5) or via the street to tower 1 to the other pool/hot tub and beach access. Parking becomes slightly difficult at night when both towers are full, but with adequate overflow parking next to tower 2, it never became an issue. The good news, both towers (1 and 2) park in the 5 levels of parking decks under tower 2, thus, very convenient to stay in tower 2. Our family is already planning another vacation, and this property would be number one on our list.

Best stay in PCB so far

It’s been 6 years since I’ve been to PCB and it was the first time for my boyfriend. This was my favorite time so far and we hope to book the same room next time. This condo was perfect for myself and my 3 kids. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owners was easy, check in process was a breeze. The condo itself was immaculate and decorated very cute. Everything we wanted to do was within a short drive from the condo. Easy access to the beach, both pools on the property were clean and well maintained. The little tiki bar “Ship Faced” serves really great drinks perfect for the pool or the beach. The condo was clean and the master shower is huge and clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance you might need. Lots of water toys in the closet in master bath! Enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks!

Very Enjoyable

Very nice and clean condo well supplied with everything you need even found tools to barbeque with the weber grills near the pool. Easy access to beach had a great time will stay again.

We have been vacationing at beaches throughout the U.S. and Mexico for many years. When we visited Panama City Beach we discovered the most beautiful beaches we have seen. As lifetime residents of Michigan, we were attracted to Panama City Beach for the warm weather and turquoise water. We also love the casual lifestyle and southern hospitality. We have enjoyed managing and sharing our beautiful vacation home since 2013.

Why they chose this property

We extensively researched the Panama City Beach area and looked at many condos in different resorts. After looking at a unit in Grand Panama we knew instantly our search was over. Grand Panama Beach Resort’s location, amenities, and the quality of the units are second to none. We knew this was the type of high-end unit we were looking for to insure an extremely memorable vacation for all our guests.

What makes this property unique

The absolute best thing we found with our unit is the view. Although we are in Tower 2, which is across the street (connected by a pedestrian walk over on the 5th floor), you not only get the benefit of stunning gulf views, but you also get a view of the magnificent city lights in the evening.
