The Space:

The Bungalow is an open concept lodging with an open bedroom to the main living area. It is located close to the Holiday Island Marina and is in walking distance to Table Rock Lake.

Kitchen: Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



Pet Friendly – $50/pet/stay (3 pets maximum/75 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $200 plus the required pet fee.

Guest Access:

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.



Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.

Getting Around:

Only 10 minutes to Eureka Springs and one hour from Branson, Missouri.

There are hiking trails in Holiday Island and Eureka Springs.

Only 20 minutes from Roaring River State Park or 25 minutes from Dogwood Canyon.



Other Things to Note:

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
