Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off hot tub jets, place cover on hot tub, set temperature to 101 degrees.
Ensure all appliances and propane is turned off.
Set inside temperature to 75 degrees in summer and 65 degrees in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
