I can’t say enough good things about this rental!! From the ease of communication with the owner and property manager (if needed) to the beautiful decor, cleanliness and well stocked supplies….this place is a dream come true!! My friends and I were ready to book another trip before our vacation was even over! This jewel is appropriately named because beach therapy is exactly what we got!🏖️☀️ 👙

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Another great stay at a property owned by Armando. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Armando's properties in Ponte Vedra/Velano Beach. Being on the beach with beautiful back porch and view from all 3 floors straight to the beach and ocean are priceless. The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Large tables inside and out were perfect for serving our three generational family that was vacationing together. Kitchen and bathroom are top notch. When we needed assistance, Armando and team were quick to help. Great location right near the heart of Velano Beach, just a short ride away from St Augustine or St Augustine Beach areas. (Not that far from Ponte Vedra/Jacksonville either, for the shoppers/rainy days.) We look forward to vacationing in Armando's properties in the future!

Perfect…AGAIN

We stayed at another of this hosts properties a year ago. Loved it so much that we wanted to go back. Unfortunately that property was booked for the days we needed. Lucky for us though, the host had this property available. We booked it with confidence having dealt with the host previously. Like the first house, this house was super clean, well maintained, modern, and with an amazing location and view (right on the beach). The host is super easy to work with and gives you his cell number. If you need anything he’s on it. When we travel back to this area we will definitely choose a property based on the host. Seems like all his properties are spot on in what we are looking for.

Amazing property!

This house is stunning! Our family had an amazing spring break together at “Beach Therapy.” Everyone that stayed was very pleased with the accommodations and the beautiful ocean views. Highly highly recommend!
