Great house. There were 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 4-7. The bedrooms are comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen is well equipped. A short walk down the walkway got us to a great beach with small crowds. In the later afternoon the house shaded the pool area which was great to get the kids out of the sun but still have fun in the pool. We had a small issue but the owner quickly addressed it. Grocery stores and a few restaurants 5-10 minutes away. Only 15 minutes from St Augustine.

We were a family of three generations staying for the week. We enjoyed our beach time and pool time. The game room was a big hit. It is such a wonderfully well equipped house and the kitchen has every Appliance and utensil anyone could possibly need. we all enjoyed the front comfortable room overlooking the pool and beach. There are so many neat comfortable sitting areas to curl up with a good book for some downtime!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! This beach house exceeded every expectation. It was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail had been considered, and it was one of the best equipped vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The beach access was fantastic and made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The views from the top deck were simply breathtaking. We found ourselves starting and ending each day there, soaking in the incredible scenery. You can tell the owners truly care about creating an exceptional experience for their guests. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, comfortable, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make family memories. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway in St. Augustine. Thank you for sharing such an amazing home with us!

This property is absolutely amazing! The view is spectacular. Easy access to the beach! Host (Kelly) has thought of everything you might need while away from home. The kitchen is well stocked and she provides plenty start up items. I am so impressed with all of the extras she has thought of to provide while on vacation! Literally every time we thought of something we needed, we found it there at this house! Amazing! The pool and outdoor area are stunning! We had so much fun outside! The indoor game room came in handy on the high wind days. We absolutely love this home. This is not our first time in this house and will not be our last. We love it there

The property was great and we thoroughly enjoy every minute of our stay! We are looking forward to staying in the same house again for family and our future friends trip who all said it was one of the best fits for us yet! The highlight was the wonderful job the property owner, Kelly, did for making our stay outstanding and being friendly above and beyond! Would stay anywhere she owns or manages! God Bless!
