7 BEDROOM DIRECT OCEAN FRONT HOME IN ST.AUGUSTINE. (World-class Crescent Beach) wt large oceanfront balcony. New Balcony. Balconies wt Panoramic views! Pool and spa faces ocean. Beach umbrella/loungers, table for drinks/books.

We have Low, High and Premium Seasonal Rates.

7 bedroom/4 baths for single or multiple families, family reunion/special occasions(small, private). Needs Owner’s approval wt fee. Pets ok(limited).



Minimum 2 Nites( fall/winter. Weekly rental only( Saturday to Saturday) in Summer. Minimum 4 nites on Thanskgiving and Christmas.

Relax and enjoy amazing, panoramic-ocean views in this upscale beach home. The quiet and serene atmosphere in this home provides tranquility and total relaxation. We might even have accoutrements fir the beach. No need to buy or rent. Heated pool and spa facing the ocean!

This was a delightful house with heated pool, hot tub and the beach! Our host was so warm and accommodating. She was always available for questions and responded rapidly. Our family enjoyed the whole experience!

The hostess was so welcoming and gave us the grand tour while giving us history of the area. She even was patient enough to show us how to use the front door (we still struggled, but we did it). The place is STUNNING and close enough to certain things that if you forgot something you don’t have to drive for a long time to get something. The views, the space. There isn’t enough words to describe what an incredible place this was to stay and the hostess who was so thoughtful and gracious! I definitely plan on making another trip here. We came here for a girls get away and it is by far my favorite stay! Definitely recommend this place for a magical stay. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset and everything you think you may need was readily available and the hostess was only a call/text away!

We used our stay to host a small wedding. The property was amazing! It comfortably supported 25 people for the event which included a sit down dinner. Every single guest raved about how wonderful the property was. Our host, Divina, was amazing. She was extremely accomodating and attentive before and during our stay. We will definitely make a return visit!

The house was spotless. The views are amazing. The pool is so warm. The hot tub is amazing. Very close to everything you need. I am so happy that I found this home to enjoy. I will be back for sure and I will definitely recommend this to other people as well because it’s simply perfect and if you have pets, this is perfect place. They will enjoy it too, the pier to the beach has lounge chairs, and I was actually just loving relaxing out there with the dogs

Absolutely amazing

The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. The towels and bedding were impeccable. If you really want to relax and unwind , this is the place to go. The hosts were even more accommodating than we needed.

Divina is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond. The place is beautiful and amazing all on its own. It is the little things that I would just like to show appreciation for, Fresh Flowers (Real Flowers) in the bathrooms, and extras of everything from laundry soap to dish soap. It was amazing to stay at such a beautiful home. Also to be able to relax and enjoy it. We loved the views and the hot tub, but it was the entire experience that made our stay here a true time to relax and have no worries. Thank you so much.

Beautiful views, great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Loved having private access to the beach, the views were beautiful, and the private pool was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was stocked with lots of essentials. Divina the owner was so friendly and welcoming, giving us tips of things to do and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. It’s a huge house with plenty of bedrooms and space for a large family. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Great Beach Experience

We enjoyed the many amenities offered. From the beach chairs and umbrella, the upper balcony to watch the sunrise, the hammocks and rocking chairs to hang with family to the pool to dip in when it got hot, all of it was amazing!

My daughter had a beach wedding with just immediate family and friends and this home was perfect for our group. Amazing views and all our needs were met. Definitely would recommend for large family gatherings. The home owner was very kind and helpful.

Incredible ocean view

Had a very enjoyable week at this house. The house probably needs some updating but it served us well. My kids loved the pool and it was awesome to quickly walk down to the beach. The view from the master bedroom and deck is amazing!! We loved watching the sun rise from there each morning.
