Good afternoon, Bob! Thank you so much for reaching out to us about your experience in our vacation home. We take the time to read every review and address each concern to the best of our ability. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the Saida Complex - it has so much to offer - including 3 pools, hot tubs, kiddie spool, and direct beach access. During the busy seasons there is even a tiki-bar by the large pool! It's such a fun hot spot. We've taken care of the DVD player and I worked closely with the 5-star cleaning staff to make sure there were no bugs left anywhere. We clean up after every pest-maintenance appointment but the effects are hard to time perfectly. We will continue to do our best to keep our vacation home clean and comfortable for every guest. We use commercial grade washers and dryers, CDC recommended disinfectants, and keep a regular supply of electronics at the ready should something in our home break. Our 24-hour customer service team will replace anything that is not working while you are there so you never miss a second of relaxing time - we know how important it is to not sit around wasting your valuable vacation hours. Thank you so much again for reaching out to us with your feedback. It is incredibly helpful to us in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We hope to hear from you again! Thank you again for allowing us to host your vacation on South Padre Island, and for giving us the opportunity to make things right!

Leslie, we sincerely apologize for the pests. We do spray very regularly, we'll get them out for an additional treatment. Thank you for letting us know this needed to be addressed. We're delighted to hear you made the best of your trip and enjoyed exploring the island. Anytime you're ready to return to South Padre Island, we'd value the opportunity to host you again.

We're happy we could meet your needs. We're glad you found the staff helpful and the 24/7 Welcome Desk made you feel taken care of. We're also glad you were able to view the beach and enjoy our proximity to it. We will definitely pass on your concerns and get things ready for our next guests.
