The home was beautiful. The location was great with such close proximity to downtown and the London Bridge but still a quiet area with little traffic. The back yard was a wonderful spot to relax.

Home was absolutely perfect! Had to book a last minute stay and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Home was spotless and well maintained, and sunset views were stunning.

The check-in process was easy. Communication with Shari was great and she gave us restaurant recommendations and fun things to do. The home was very spacious and even better than the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Great location in North Lake Havasu City

Located in a great modern neighborhood very close to some of our favorite Pubs/Restaurants, Mudshark Bay, Rusty's and College Street Pub. Newly renovated, modern and clean. Nice to see Lake Havasu through the back windows. Host was very helpful.

Lake View

The house is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets while relaxing in the living room. Definitely recommend this property. We ended up purchasing a used recliner (which we took with us) as the 2 black chairs were not comfortable to sit in.

My wife daughter and her friend loved this house. The view of the lake was great. House was in great newer condition and was spotless. The driveway is very steep so keep that in mind if your towing a boat or jet skis. I left my jet ski parked in the street without any issue. Using the garge parking and having the automatic door opener was also a huge plus. The small 3 hole putting course was a nice touch we enjoyed our first night. We would definitely stay at this house again it was a 5 star

Immaculate, Updated, Amazing View Home

This home was sparkling clean and every finish seemed brand new. The backyard views are more than spectacular. We’ve stayed at many homes in Havasu and there is often a peek a boo type view. This home tops them all with almost a panoramic views of the lake. This house makes you want to never leave. Lastly, the host was beyond helpful and responded immediately before we even booked because we had a question. You won’t want to stay anywhere else.

Perfect!

During the booking process, I had questions about the location and other topics. The host replied in a timely matter. The communication was helpful and always punctual. When we arrived, the house was picture-perfect. Everything was in place and complete. The spotlessness stood out. Everything appears to be brand new. The detailed welcome notes and instructions were very helpful and simple, making getting comfortable a breeze. Once settled in, the comfort level was amazing. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you will need. The laundry area is up to date with the latest appliances. Not to mention, the view from the backyard. You can see the beauty of Havasu in a glance. Be sure to take a peek during sunset time and during the night. Certainly, we will be back to stay again.
