Free WiFi, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries supplied. Central air conditioning and heat, reverse osmosis system along with ceiling fans in all rooms.

Quiet time hours are 10pm - 8am. Lake Havasu’s noise ordinance law. ONLY 4 extra guests may visit the tenants outside of the quiet time hours.

The house was as explained in the add.

We enjoyed having a room for each of us. Plenty of room. We had difficulty figuring out how to run the hot tub and pool. The owners contacted us immediately to explain. We had no complaints we would love to rented it again sometime.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. All the amenities, great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and roomy! We enjoyed a family vacation for Thanksgiving and everybody had the best time here. I definitely recommend!

Just right!

This property was very nice, clean and comfortable. A very nice 3 BR house. The pool and spa and view of sunset and some of the lake from the pool area were the reason we chose this property and we were not disappointed!! Thanks to Vanessa for being a great host. We will stay here again!
