Tinyrock is an excellent place to stay. The host even came out on Thanksgiving to fix an issue, and could not have been more polite. We will definitely be back when we stay in Knoxville. I can not recommend this lovely little tiny home enough.

Relaxing getaway

We greatly enjoyed our two night stay. It was nice to be tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Very convenient to get to and from Neyland stadium. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect small house - has everything that a person could need - no issues at all and if I am back in the area in the future I would definitely consider staying again - I liked being away from everything (and you are out there a bit, it is very nice) and I especially enjoyed the shower. For a small house the stand up shower was very roomy.

Perfect cozy spot!

We loved our stay at Tiny Rock. The home was perfect for our needs - it was nice, clean, and quiet. I love that it had a gas cooktop to do some meals, and washer/dryer to do a load of laundry before we left. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The Tiny House is small but the spaces inside feel full size. Check-in was very easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen amenities are limited but fine for a short stay. Note no dishwasher, but again for our short visit and just two people only doing breakfast at the house, it was very acceptable. Would definitely book again for another visit.

Tiny Rock

The property was very accurately depicted in the listing. It is a tiny house but it worked out very well for my husband and myself. The property was very clean and the manager, Chad was extremely helpful and responsive. The bed, at least for us, was very comfortable and for the most part the house was well equipped . . . . a few wine glasses and a dedicated colander would be great, and the addition of a few hooks for coats would also be nice. All in all our stay was extremely comfortable and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Tiny Rock again. Thanks, Chad!
