Very Good, some issues but resolved

I have suggested that the company in charge pay close attention to cleanliness, as we found some things that have not been properly maintained, and that ultimately detracts from the overall experience.

Mixed feelings

1. Kitchen had very nice amenities such as a spice rack and Keurig coffee maker. 2. Best way to describe the living room tv was it was "possessed". Called to get instructions for the tv, the manager sent out a person who did not speak English so he brought his 10 year old son to interpret. After almost two hours they were unable to get local channels, and when we mentioned that to the landlord we were told we have what we have. The issue was never resolved. 3. There were a total of six clothes hangers in the unit. When we contacted the manager he said he would send some and the next morning we received an email telling us the tv was fixed and hangers were delivered. Neither was true. Finally on day three of our stay, hangers were delivered. 4. Another issue was the lack of cleaning supplies. Only a broom and dust pan were in the unit. We asked for a mop and bucket in case of spills or just to clean the floors considering they would charge $10 for any stained towel. A mop and bucket were delivered the next day. 5. We have stayed at other properties in the area over the years. West Lucaya, Emerald Isle, and Serenity Place just to name three. Each time we there was a welcoming packet or folder with instructions, passwords, dos and dont's for the property/unit. Not here. Every query was answered after writing an email or phone call. This was very time consuming. Although the unit was nice we have decided we will not stay at a property managed by Plus Vacation Homes
