Two bed apartment - 2 Pools, Near Beach/Boardwalk/Pet friendly with a pet fee.

Apartment includes 1 queen bed in master bedroom , 1 full size bed in guest room, full bathroom with bathtub, microwave, full size fridge, Roku TV, Keurig coffee maker, kitchenette with pots, dishes and utensils. All linens (not beach towels) Guests have access to 2 pools on the property and a lounging patio, BBQ grill and outdoor games. The beach and boardwalk are about 2 blocks away-just a short walk! Restaurants are within walking distance along with local shops and must see attractions. All units require a refundable $100 security deposit. Pet fee of $100.

Quick visit close to everything!

Property was perfect for our family. There is a ping pong table and axe throwing along with the pool made our stay enjoyable! Quick walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Great for last minute and pet friendly

Our only complaint were the mattress. Would be fine for a short stay, but would probaby not be comfortable for a long stay. The private front porch was nice!

This property was very nice. Happy we went out to eat for meals because there wasn’t a stove but they did have a hot plate with pan to warm up left overs. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area

We had a wonderful stay! Management was easily accessible and able to handle the issue we had qith accessing our room VERY fast. Within walking distance to the majority of shop's, restaurants and attractions. The only downside was the 2nd pool we were not able to use.

Our current owners are all local to the island and the Wilmington area; we care about our community and the people that reside within it and we strive to provide the best experience to all of our guests. We have the friendliest staff on the island, eager to make your stay the best it can be!
Our hotel rooms are now self-check-in! Instructions will be sent to you prior to check-in.

Why they chose this property

Once you have checked in there is no need to drive anywhere- we are within walking distance to everything! The Carolina Beach Boardwalk with rides and attractions can be seen from our location and public beach access is a three-minute walk. Pleasure Island Lake is just to the right of our front entrance where you can enjoy seasonal farmer's markets on Saturdays. Squiggly's Ice Cream Shop is right across from our outdoor pools to enjoy a late night treat and in the morning walk right up the street to Kate's Pancake House for a gigantic stack of pancakes! Relax with the whole family in our lighted patio area in front of the fire or enjoy all the night life Carolina Beach has to offer at our local bars and clubs with live entertainment every weekend.

What makes this property unique

We are one of the original motels on Carolina Beach dating back to 1975. Local children would pay $1 during the summer months to use our pools because we were the only establishment offering this service and today we keep this tradition alive by offering day passes to anyone that wants to enjoy our pools during the hot summer days on the Carolina Coast!
