The Richey Gem was designed with your comfort and ease in mind—a tranquil setting to re-energize from every daily life. Our home is tucked away on a cul-de-sac street, yet minutes away to all the excitement Greater Tampa Bay Area has to offer!

Welcome to The Richey Gem!

1,200 sq. ft. home with fully enclosed heated pool, putting green, and more.

HIGHLIGHTS:

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom features a king bed with memory foam mattress, 55” Roku TV, black out curtains, a large closet, and full bathroom. This bedroom also includes sliding doors that open up to the pool area. (An extra cot can be found in the primary bedroom closet).

The second bedroom provides a cozy atmosphere providing a king bed with memory foam mattress, 43” Roku TV, and a spacious closet. (A pack n’ play with an extra crib mattress, sheets, and high chair can be found in this closet).

The third bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults, with two bunk beds. This room is a fun and comfortable space—perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of adventure.

All bedroom offer full length mirrors, sound machines, and extra blankets + pillows for added comfort.

BATHROOMS
This property has two full bathrooms with all new fixtures in 2023. The first bathroom is across the hallway from the second bedroom and includes a tub.

The second bathroom is en suite to the primary bedroom and features an accessible shower.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with baking sheets, a griddle, ample pots and pans, olive oil, spices, cutting boards, pizza stone, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and outdoor dinnerware for every person in your party.

There’s a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe coffee maker for our guests. The refrigerator and freezer have plenty of space.

Six guests can comfortably sit at the dining table, and two can sit on the kitchen stools.

LIVING ROOM
With plenty of seating for the whole family, the living room is an idyllic place to unwind, chat, and play games. The comfortable L-shaped couch sits across from a 65” Roku TV that can be used to sign into any streaming services.

Step outside to a beautiful, fully fenced backyard filled with amenities:

Absolutely amazing stay! The property had everything we needed and then some, I was amazed at all the amenities! The pool was the warmest pool we've ever been in and being from Arizona we absolutely loved it. The only con was the water heater is tiny, we ran out of hot water while showering multiple times and that really sucked, the amenities and extra supplies really made up for it though. If we didn't run out of hot water in middle of showering it would be 5/5 stars all day long. The property was extremely clean and organized and well put together. They give you coolers and chairs and beach stuff to enjoy the day exploring or beaching.

Super clean with tons of amenities

Adorable home with a fully stocked kitchen. We went to Port Richey for charter fishing. We were able to bring back our filets and use a clean grill. The backyard is amazing. Pool is sparkly clean and warm. We love to cook so the fully stocked kitchen was amazing. This can be you….relax by the pool all day, grill dinner then have a cocktail by the firepit. The host was quick with communication when we asked a question. Very good vacation with family. We were a family of 7 in the house and we were comfortable
