Bicycles and Parking Information
Bicycles and/or a Golf Cart must be booked before arrival. Once you reach Gulf Blvd, there are sidewalks and bike lanes, as well as bike racks at most locations for convenient parking. A bike lock is also available for your use.
Parking
Please park in the designated driveway space in front of the unit’s garage. Guests have access to one parking space on the driveway.
There is a visitor parking space east of the building, designated for non-residing visitors who are not staying overnight. This space should not be used as additional parking for overnight guests. Any vehicle parked in the visitor space for an extended duration may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
If guests staying at the property require more than one parking space, public parking is available down the street on E Gulf Blvd near 9th Ave North.
Additionally, a trolley service is available with set pick-up times and designated stops along Gulf Blvd, making it easy to explore the area without driving.

-No Smoking inside the property or near open doorways.
-Upon availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are charged at $50/hour, with early check-ins no earlier than 12(noon) and late check-outs no later than 12(noon). Unexpected Late Check-Outs are charged at $100/hour.
-Due to high occupancy rate, we cannot honor early check-in requests made on arrival day.
-Guest who wish to Rent the golf cart are required to purchase and proof of insurance. Golf Cart Rate: $100/night (Weekly Discount). Bike Rate: ($50/week). Golf cart and/or bikes must be rented for the whole duration of your stay.
-Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times within the pool area.
The kitchen features a coffee station to help you start your day, with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker available. We provide a few K-Cups, as well as medium roast and decaf ground coffee. In the cabinet above, you'll also find an assortment of tea, a variety of sugars, and powdered Coffee-mate creamer.
-Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guests are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.
-No Pets Allowed
-4 Guests are included in your stay.
Additional Guest(s) - $40 per guest per night.

We kindly ask that no events, parties, or gatherings take place at our property. Gatherings are defined as any meeting or occasion involving individuals beyond the number of guests listed in your reservation, regardless of the purpose. Items will be stored for 30 days at our Lost & Found Location.
