Located in the center of 'America's Greatest Family Resort' and just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, our home has all of the latest amenities to make your family stay a vacation you will always remember.

- New sofa and love seat purchased at the start of the 2025 season.
- New bunk bed purchased at the start of the 2025 season.
- New bar stools purchased at the start of the 2025 season.
- New deck (resurfaced fiberglass) for the start of the 2025 season
- New high speed modem and wireless router.
- High capacity washer and dryer.
- High speed secured wireless internet.
- Cable (Digital with On Demand) with large 42'' flat screen HD TV in living room and LCD flat screen TVs in every bedroom.
- Enclosed Outside shower located on side of the house to wash the sand off after a fun day at the beach.
- Two off street parking spaces available. One in the garage, one on the driveway.
- 1 Blu-ray/DVD player and 2 DVD players.
- Keurig coffee maker.
- Standard coffee maker.
- Freshly painted with safe 'low-voc' paint.
- 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, and more.
- The unit sleeps 10 comfortably (6 adults) with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

- Carpets throughout the entire condo professionally steam cleaned and shampooed before the start of each season.

Just park your car in one of the two off-street parking spots and put away the keys. You can walk to the boardwalk (food, amusements, shops, mini golf, waterpark), beach (with lifeguards and bathroom), shopping (downtown OC), and restaurants (Manco and Manco, Boyers Market, Ice Cream, etc...)

Ocean City, known as a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean, is 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected and there are dedicated surfing beaches. The 2.5 mile boardwalk is loaded with fun things to do, including, but not limited to; two amusement piers, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, a water park and the music pier, an entertainment venue for concerts and other events. In addition there is a bay front area for water sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals.

The home is just lovely, comfortable and clean with a lot of amenities. We had great communication with the host. It is close to the boardwalk and beach which we enjoyed even in winter. The downtown is within walking distance with many nice shops and restaurants. Park your car and enjoy all that OC has to offer or just stay put. There is plenty to do in this lovely and roomy home.

From the minute we walked in, we were so happy with the overall appeal of the home. It was clean, fresh, adorable, and so big! The front deck is where we spent most of our downtime and it was perfect. Close to local shops and the boardwalk, it was the perfect location to the fun things, yet far enough that you didn’t get the noise issues. It was great!

Nice Family Stay

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this place. The kitchen pretty much has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. We loved hanging out and eating on the covered balcony. Location was perfect - close enough to walk to all the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Get Away

This is a spacious property in a lovely neighborhood in OC. It is a family friendly place with TVs in each bedroom. We served Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people and it was awesome. The supermarket is around the corner and so is Wawa so it’s very convenient.

House is exactly as advertised, clean and fully furnished. Twin beds should be replaced, but they are functional. Owners are great to work with, very accommodating.

Amazing Place!

My family and I rented this property for a long Easter Weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved everything. The owners were great with communication and the place was very clean. We would book it again as it is close to shops on Asbury, Beach and Boardwalk activities.

Why they chose this property

We all grew up vacationing in Ocean City. Now with kids of our own, the tradition continues. We've vacationed in other summer destination spots, but we always come back to Ocean City. There is simply so much to do. The kids and the adults alike, just love it. As far as why we chose this particular property, it's all about location, location, location! This property is within walking distance to everything we could possibly need. After vacationing in O.C. for years, and having stayed in various locations, this property, in this location, was exactly what we were looking for!
