Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to provide an accurate account of the stay for the benefit of future guests. Upon your arrival, you contacted me via video call because you were uncertain how to operate the air conditioning in the upper unit — the main floor unit had already been turned on by the cleaning staff in preparation for your arrival. I promptly offered you a fully ready alternative apartment as a second option. After personally inspecting both units, you chose to move into the second apartment — that was your decision, and I was happy to accommodate you. Regarding the bed — you did not report any issue at the time of check-in or for the first several days of your stay. When you did eventually raise the concern, I arranged for repair workers to address it as quickly as possible. I understand that waiting is inconvenient, and I appreciate your patience during that process. You also had the access code for the originally booked unit, and you chose to return to it on your own — which was, of course, always available to you. As for the cleaning fee: because you occupied a second apartment beyond the one included in your booking, a cleaning fee for that unit was a reasonable and legitimate charge. This was processed through the standard security deposit mechanism provided by the platform. I strive to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I responded quickly to every concern raised. I regret that this stay did not meet your expectations.
