Had a great stay with friends. Enjoyed the spacious unit and balcony…it is well equipped and comfortable. Location is also wonderful for easy walking distance to multiple delicious restaurants.

Property is in a great location, grocery stores and restaurants with in walking distance. the view was perfect. Even though the sagassum was bad we were able to walk to a couple of beaches that were swimable. The pools are great when the beach wasn't an option.

Our host was incredibly responsive before and throughout the trip. The condo was in great condition and had everything we needed for our stay. Getting a 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo with pool and beach access at this price is an incredible deal! We were able to visit a different resteraunt each evening for dinner within 2-3 minutes walking distance, all with great food and great service. Having access to beach chairs and shade was also an amazing benefit.

Great Punta Cana beach rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo in a great location. Near walkable shops, restaurants and bars. Having the bar beach club and access to beach chairs & umbrellas was great.

Didn't appreciate the emphasis on sound proofing until we got there. It matters, as the neighborhood music goes on every night. The unit is excellent, and very comfortable. Just as the pictures show. Great water pressure too.

The security was amazing. My 1st time visiting punta cana. I speak no Spanish and understand very little. It was nice to feel safe. The property was so clean and well maintained.
