Townhome with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, located in Plaza Midwood area. We're just minutes from downtown , light rail and Noda. In walking distance of Cordelia Park and Optimist Hall. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 55 inch TV. Living space has a 50 inch tv. This home is perfect for that quick getaway from all, meeting with the family or if you just want to go to a game or concert downtown

Great place for a weekend stay

We stayed here for a reunion trip and everything was great. Good location to easily get downtown and to all the places we needed to be. Place was clean, stocked and inviting, would recommend!

Great location.

This house is located in a great neighborhood your tons of things to do. Only drawback was couch is really not a double bed. It’s just a couch so one of my buddies had to crash there.

We got what we needed out of the property. The stove was dirty and the tub a had a little bit of what looked like black mold. If we needed to stay any longer we would have called for a cleaning mid trip.

Quick trip

So the unit itself was okay, WI-FI is terrible….. all the tvs basically buffered the WHOLE time. There is NO double bed which is also what I saw in prior review, when messaging owner I asked if the sofa was the double bed and was told that there was a air in closet, which it was not. The unit worked for the purpose of the trip I guess…. End of the stay, we definitely saw the roaches come out. I’d ask for my money back but….. it’s needs to make improvements

Great location, Clean and comfortable. The Kerig did not work but the owner replaced it. Also there was no lalundry detergent and she dropped off some. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. This listing has a few bo -bo’s (ie cracked light switch, carper stain, etc.) but is was comfortable and clean and perfect for our 2 night stay.
